I am in daily pursuit of seeing beauty and truth in the small moments of life.
I first picked up a camera and started photographing my kids at home, all those years ago. I wanted to notice and cling to the mysterious beauty that God was unfolding around me in the work of motherhood and in the lives of my children. That is the same drive behind what I want to give you.
What makes me different?
I will always give you the smiling portrait in our sessions, but I won't stop there. In my slow, attentive approach, I will also give you the moments, not all the perfectly posed ones, but the real ones, full of touch, connection, & love: The genuine expressions on your kids faces, the way you embrace your baby or gently hold your children's hands, how you make them laugh or feel safe when all snuggled up to you. I promise to find beauty in whatever is right in front of me and give you meaningful photos as evidence of that.
